IDL Testing

IDL (Independent Distance Learning) exams offered by various colleges and are administered by the University of North Georgia’s (��Ӱҵ) Testing Centers.

Retest Policy

All retest inquiries should be deferred to your instructor.

Accuplacer Remote - Non-��Ӱҵ Students
Accuplacer for Another College/Institution

If you are attending a non-��Ӱҵ institution that requires you to complete Accuplacer and you are unable to test there, you will need to contact your institution’s testing center and ask that they generate, for you, a remote voucher.

Please have your institution send all remote vouchers to your selected testing site via email.

What to Expect

✔ You must provide a valid physical government issued photo ID, Accuplacer voucher number and student ID number.
✔ If you arrive fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may not be allowed to test.
✔ Calculators are not allowed in the testing lab, there is a calculator built into the test for you to use.
✔ Scores will automatically be sent to your institution.
✔ Length of Exam: Varies

Legislative - Non-��Ӱҵ Students
What to Expect

✓ You must provide a valid physical government issued photo ID.

✓ Length of Exam: 60 minutes

All students completing a proctored activity via D2L will be required to obtain a DUO bypass code.

To create and obtain a bypass code, do the following:

Select Bypass Codes Create

Select "I agree"

Bypass codes are displayed. You will need to record these codes for later use. A print codes option is available.

Contact your institution and request that they provide ��Ӱҵ Testing with directions on how to access your exam.

University Exams (Proctored Exam for Non-��Ӱҵ Students)

Step Two: Contact Your Professor

Please provide your professor with the testing center's email address. This will be where your professor will need to send the exam information. It will be your responsibility to communicate with your professor to ensure that we will receive the exam information.

Any material that will be allowed during your exam
