¾«¶«Ó°Òµ

Dr. Kiser teaches courses in the Interdisciplinary Studies (IDST) program. Additionally, she is an officer of ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ's chapter of ΦΚΦ (Phi Kappa Phi); a member, coordinator, and mentor for Tri-Alpha (serving first generation college students); a member of Women of ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ; and is captain of the university's Staff Council Relay for Life team. Dr. Kiser serves as the application manager for the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ (Success) Hub, the platform on which Tutoring Services, the Writing Centers, Supplemental Instruction, and Academic Coaching. She has a strong interest in the intersection between support service utilization and student success.

Personal hobbies include running a small apothecary, travel, photography, and historical architecture.

Strong emphasis in student success, first generation programming, mentoring, growth mindset, Clifton Strengths, data mining and analysis, and course development. Teaching experience in UNIV and IDST concentrations. Hold a post-graduate certificate in Cybersecurity from ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ. Extensive experience in organizational change, crisis intervention, serving at-promise populations, and program and initiative implementation.
